Marble high cost 2170 rubles. 1 m²
Granite high cost 3050 rubles. 1 m²
Putty for exterior facades low cost 300 rubles. - 15 kg.

Product advantage

Not high cost of the material makes it possible to significantly reduce the costs of the building facade decoration (for example, as compared with SOF).

Buyer’s benefit

Budget savings.

10. PEELING RESISTANCE
Material Peeling resistence
EPS 36 kg/cm
Gypsum 50 kg/cm²
GRC putty is not used
Concrete putty is not used
Brick putty is not used
Ceramic granite putty is not used
Marble putty is not used
Granite putty is not used
Putty for exterior facades 50-60 kg/cm²

Product advantage

Peeling resistance (adhesion) layer of putty from the base is at least 36 kg / cm. Bond strength between the particles in the material layer provides a high adhesion with the base material, the higher the strength of the coating, the higher the surface adhesion. This means that the strength of the putty layer is of a maximum permissible values, therefore parts are firmly kept on the surface.

Buyer’s benefit

No operating costs, saving money.

11. COMPRESSIVE STRENGTH
Material Compressive strength
EPS 0,10 – 0,16 MDBA
Gypsum 2 MDBA
GRC 49-84 MDBA
Concrete 2,5-80 MDBA
Brick 7,5-20 MDBA
Ceramic granite 72 MDBA
Marble 100-300 MDBA
Granite 100-320 MDBA
Putty for exterior facades 3-10 MDBA

Product advantage

Compressive strength at 10% deformation is between 0.10-0.16 MDBA. This means that the products are very firmly held on the basis, and you need an effort in 10,0-16,0 kg to detach area of 10 x 10 cm (100 cm²) from the base (1 MDBA = 10 kg).

Buyer’s benefit

No operating costs, saving money.

12. FLEXURAL STRENGTH
Material Flexural strength in bending
EPS 0,5 MDBA
Gypsum 1,2-8 MDBA
GRC 21-32 MDBA
Concrete 0,86-1,34 MDBA
Brick 1,8-3,4 MDBA
Ceramic granite 44,2 MDBA
Marble 8-29,5 MDBA
Granite 57 MDBA
Putty for exterior facades 1,3-4 MDBA

Product advantage

The flexural strength of not less than 0.5 MDBA. This means that due to the structure of the material the product can withstand the load in bending: bend and straighten without breaking and can be mounted on curved, radius surface of the facade (balconies, cornices round, and so on).

Buyer’s benefit

No operating costs, saving money.

13. RESISTANCE TO CHEMICAL AGGRESSION
Material Resistance to chemical aggression
EPS is resistant to chemical attack, corrosion and rot resistant
Gypsum is destroyed by moisture. Not resistant to chemically aggressive environ
GRC is resistant to chemical attack, corrosion and rot resistant
Concrete is not resistant to chemically aggressive environ
Brick not resistant to the action of acids which decompose and calcium hydrosilicates carbonates cementitious sand grains, but also to corrosive gases, vapors and dust at a relative humidity greater than 65%
Ceramic granite is resistant to chemicals
Marble lack of resistance to acids (hydrochloric acid, citric acid, acetic), the ability to collapse under environmental stress. This property is associated with marble is its hygroscopicity (ability to absorb other materials due to the presence of micropores) as well as its propensity to react with more acid.
Granite high level of chemical resistance, resistant to atmospheric agents and acids
Putty for exterior facades resistant to aggressive chemicals

Product advantage

EPS retains its properties during prolonged contact with salt, including salt water, soap, bleaching agents. Protected from exposure to microorganisms and mosses, it does not create a favorable environment for the development of algae and fungi. It is not a breeding ground for rodents.

Buyer’s benefit

No need for facade renovation, lack of operating costs, saving money.

14. WATER ABSORPTION
Material Water absorption
EPS 2%
Gypsum 26-32%
GRC 4,5%
Concrete 4,15-20%
Brick 8-16%
Ceramic granite 0,05-0,01%
Marble 0,12-1,5%
Granite 0,1 – 0,6%
Putty for exterior facades 9%

Product advantage

Water absorption after 24 hours is not more than 2%. This means that the material is waterproof due to its structure, having a closed air pores. Therefore, between the EPS element and the outer wall of the building there forms an insulating layer, which prevents the collection of moisture on the wall surface.

Buyer’s benefit

The building with a EPS facade is protected against the ingress of moisture, the interior will always be dry, which will ensure a healthy atmosphere indoors.

15. THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY
Material Thermal conductivity
EPS 0,032 W/cm² x C
Gypsum 0,35 W/cm² x C
GRC 0,6-0,75 W/cm² x C
Concrete 0,7 W/cm² x C
Brick 0,3 – 0,7 W/cm² x C when wet from the rain its thermal conductivity can be increased by several times, which reduces the thermal insulation parameters of the outer walls of the building
Ceramic granite <3,5 W/cm² x C
Marble 2,91 W/cm² x C Marble is not exposed to high temperatures
Granite 3,5 W/cm² x C
Putty for exterior facades 0,2 W/cm² x C

Product advantage

The thermal conductivity in the dry state at a temperature of 18 °C to 25 °C is not more than 0,032 W / cm² * C. This implies that EPS is one of the most efficient heat insulator, it does not allow air to pass through its structure having closed air pores so heat is stored inside the building. The building has an additional insulation in places of assembly parts.

Buyer’s benefit

Reducing the cost of heating the building.
